PointFlyer is an flight award ticket booking service that helps you find ways to use points and miles to book flights instead of cash.
What is the Price for the Service?
We don’t charge a fee. After we help you find and book your flights, you can decide how much to pay us — even if it’s $0. We do this because we believe in earning trust and delivering value first. Depending on your experience, you can choose to pay or not.
How do I book the flight?
Once we confirm the specific flight(s) you will be booking, we will send you a step by step guide on how to transfer points from your credit card issuer to the airline loyalty program in addition to how to book the flight itself. We unfortunately do not have direct access to your accounts, so it is up to you to make the final reservation. We will, however, be with you every step of the way.
What kind of flights can I book?
Our services work across different flight classes (first, business, premium economy, economy, etc.), flight distances (domestic, international, long-haul, short-haul), and multi-city flights.
Is this really free? What’s the catch?
Yes, it’s really free. There is no catch. We’re building PointFlyer to help more people fly better without wasting points. You only pay if you feel the service was valuable.
How long does it take to hear back after I submit my info?
We will typically reach out within 24 hours, with high-demand times taking up to 48 hours.
Can you help with hotels too?
Right now, PointFlyer is focused solely on flights - but hotel bookings using points may be offered in the future.
